Hi-Tech Pneumatic Fenders (HPF) are high-pressure, air-filled floating fenders designed primarily for ship-to-ship (STS) and ship-to-berth operations. Due to their superior energy absorption and low reaction force characteristics, HPFs are among the most versatile and widely used marine fenders worldwide.

Hi-Tech Elastomers Ltd. pioneered pneumatic fender manufacturing in 1992 and has since supplied thousands of pneumatic fenders globally for ports, terminals, offshore facilities, and naval applications.

All Hi-Tech Pneumatic Fenders are manufactured in full compliance with ISO 17357-1:2014. Standard internal pressures are 50 kPa and 80 kPa, while other pressure ratings can be provided upon request to meet specific operational requirements.

Hi-Tech Pneumatic Fenders (HPF) are commonly supplied as sling-type fenders. However, bespoke chain-and-tyre or customized harnessing systems (Truck tire/Aircraft tire) are available to enhance protection against abrasion, wear, and tear under demanding service conditions.

Both the fender body and harnessing can be customized to suit project-specific needs, including options such as grey or white fender bodies, matching harness colors, and special configurations for unique marine applications.
